Scientific Grants Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Consultant- Scientific to provide grant support services to higher education clients engaged in research.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise STEM- and health science-focused proposal narratives to enhance competitiveness
• Collaborate with clients to develop strong grant proposals from conception to submission
• Deliver professional consultative services throughout the grant writing process

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in reviewing, revising, and consulting on proposals to federal agencies
• Experience writing and researching for a scientific audience
• Strong interest in prospect research, fundraising strategy, and grant writing
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM-related discipline preferred; Ph.D. preferred
• Familiarity with LaTeX/Overleaf software tools is preferred
