Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Scientific Lead - Inflammation/Immunology for a full-time remote position, responsible for overseeing high-level scientific writing, ensuring content quality, mentoring junior writers, and engaging with clients in the medical communications field.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and approve scientific/clinical content for accuracy and quality across assigned projects
- Write and develop various medical communications deliverables, including manuscripts and presentations
- Mentor junior writers and collaborate with account managers to ensure project timelines are met
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in medical publications or communications agency
- 3+ years as a Senior Medical Writer strongly preferred
- Demonstrable high-level writing and review experience in a medical communications context
- Familiarity with industry-standard resources such as PubMed and clinicaltrials.gov
