Scientific Lead - Inflammation/Immunology
Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Scientific Lead - Inflammation/Immunology, the full-time remote position will manage high-level writing, peer-review of project deliverables, and client engagement while overseeing scientific content approval and mentoring junior writers.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee content quality and accuracy by reviewing work from internal writers and fact-checking manuscripts
- Provide scientific writing support for various deliverables, including manuscripts, posters, and abstracts
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure project timelines are met and assist in onboarding junior medical writers
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred)
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in high-level content development within a medical communications agency
- 3 years of experience as a Senior Medical Writer strongly preferred
- CMPP/MAPPS Certification is a plus
- Proficiency in ICMJE and GPP guidelines and familiarity with industry-standard resources
