Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Network Coordination Assistant to support the Network Coordinating Center of a clinical trials program focused on HIV and other infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate project business, including communication with committee/project leadership and maintaining tracking systems
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documents and reports, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
  • Manage the organization of files, schedules, and meetings for the Behavioral Science Subcommittee and other committees as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of professional experience in a scientific or public health-related position
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference for experience in Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet
  • Previous understanding of pharmaceutical clinical trials and conflict of interest declarations is desirable
