Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and expertise in flow cytometry and biomarker assays
• Interact with CROs, communicating updates, reports, and recommendations to management teams
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, focusing on cost reduction and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Industry expertise in development and qualification of flow cytometric methods
• Experience with computational biology automated data reduction scripts
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and relevant regulatory practices
• Strong computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
