Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Project Director to provide strategic, operational, and scientific project management support for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and implements strategic scientific and financial planning for Breakthrough Discoveries Projects
• Conducts project analysis, identifies risks, and recommends mitigation strategies
• Serves as the central coordination point among project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; PhD preferred
• Six years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, academic, or clinical research, including three years in project management
• If holding a PhD, four years of experience in relevant settings with one year in project management
• Experience in guiding large cross-functional research initiatives and budget stewardship preferred
• Knowledge of basic, translational, and clinical research processes
