Scientific Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Project Manager to oversee outsourced analytical testing and method development in the areas of flow cytometry, genomics/genetics, and immunogenicity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourcing activities and manage timelines for clinical studies involving large molecule bioanalytical assays
• Act as the primary contact between external vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and vendor management
• Assist in writing SOPs, developing training documents, and implementing process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Life Sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of industry-relevant project, laboratory, and management experience
• Strong technical understanding in flow cytometry, genomics/genetics, and/or immunogenicity
• Experience in supplier performance management and relationship building
• Ability to implement transfer strategies and monitor assay performance
