Job Summary

Driving operational improvements and business performance, the full-time Scientific Strategy Lead will translate complex data into actionable insights, enhance decision-making through analytics, and lead strategic initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide strategy and optimize performance across the organization
• Lead the design and implementation of analytical tools to enhance transparency and scalability
• Drive standardization of performance measurement frameworks and reporting practices across the department

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a science-related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in scientific or technical roles within the clinical trials or life sciences industry
• Deep knowledge of healthcare and/or clinical trial environments
• Advanced analytical reasoning and data interpretation skills
• Proven experience developing, launching, and measuring the success of strategic initiatives
