Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific/Medical Writer to research, write, and edit scientific reports for a biotechnology/genetics firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft manuscripts related to genetics, statistics, and machine learning
• Collaborate with project teams to create abstracts, posters, and presentations for scientific meetings
• Communicate with external investigators and experts for planning scientific publications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience writing/editing scientific documents and publications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in a medical communications agency is highly preferable
• Familiarity with reference management software and publications databases
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
