Scientist - Human Tissue

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist - Human Tissue Science Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage complex human tissue studies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements related to human subject research and biospecimen collection
• Provide project-specific scientific and operational guidance to study teams and serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of related scientific experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience
• Degree in allied health, biological sciences, or life sciences preferred
• Experience in managing human tissue studies, biospecimen operations, or clinical trials
• Familiarity with medical and scientific terminology and regulatory frameworks such as QA/QC, GxP, CAP, and CLIA
• Prior experience in a histology, pathology, clinical laboratory, or research laboratory environment is preferred
