Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist I to join the In Vitro ADME Sciences group.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on evaluation of CYP450 induction and qPCR assays
• Interpret in vitro CYP induction data from human hepatocytes or reporter gene systems
• Analyze data, maintain detailed study documentation, and contribute to the design of in vitro ADME assays

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in conducting in vitro ADME assays
• Experience with human and rodent hepatocyte cell culture
• Familiarity with data analysis software such as BioELN and GraphPad Prism
• Ability to perform cell viability assessments
• Knowledge of drug-drug interactions and related mechanisms
