Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist II to execute cell- and protein-based functional characterization assays for lead antibody identification and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high throughput antibody screening and characterization to assess binding, functional, and polyreactive attributes
• Analyze and interpret results, placing data in proper scientific context and reporting findings at team meetings
• Perform general laboratory research independently, modifying and troubleshooting experimental design as needed

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience is required
• Strong experience with binding assays (e.g., ELISA, flow cytometry)
• Experience with automated liquid handling
• Experience with biologics, antibodies, and mimetics
• Strong cell culture techniques
