Scientist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist II to perform high throughput quantitative analysis in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high throughput quantitative in vivo and in vitro LC-MS/MS analysis and troubleshoot small molecules and peptides
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems
• Document all work meticulously, including LIMS, test methods, and protocols, while collaborating with multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• M.S. (2+ years) or B.S. (6+ years) in analytical chemistry or a related field with relevant experience
• Proven method development experience using various extraction, chromatographic, and analytical methodologies
• Experience with quantitative bioanalysis of small molecules
• Experience operating and troubleshooting Agilent HPLCs, Leap/CTC PAL autosamplers, and AB Sciex Mass Spectrometers
• Work experience in regulated bioanalysis and/or CRO Facility settings is a plus
