Scientist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist II to support mammalian cell culture work and cell line engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mammalian cell culture work and develop KO, KI, and OE cell lines
• Perform flow cytometry, cell sorting, cloning, and gene editing using CRISPR
• Assist with lab and inventory management and sample digitization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• B.S. with 5+ years of experience or M.S. with 3+ years of experience
• Experience with mammalian cell culture
• Cell line engineering experience
• Experience with additional cell-based assays is preferred
