Scientist II in Data Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist II in Real World Data Science - Translational Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently execute complex translational research projects integrating molecular and clinical data to derive real-world insights for biopharma partners
• Present scientific findings clearly and meaningfully to diverse sets of external stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in computational oncology research to enhance methodologies and improve research quality

Qualifications:

• PhD in a quantitative discipline or MSc with 4+ years of industry experience
• Highly proficient in R (ideally Rmd and/or RShiny)
• Strong understanding of molecular data and artificial intelligence in drug discovery
• Experience with large transcriptome and NGS data sets
• Strong peer-reviewed publication record
