Scientist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist III to perform quantitative analysis and support bioanalysis in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high throughput quantitative in vivo and in vitro LC-MS/MS analysis and troubleshoot synthetic molecules and peptides
• Operate and maintain AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems, ensuring routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Document all work meticulously, including LIMS, ELN, test methods, and protocols while collaborating with multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline with relevant experience
• Strong bioanalytical LC/MS experience is essential
• Experience with Sciex 5500/6500 triple quadrupole mass spectrometers and Agilent HPLC systems
• Proven method development experience using various extraction and analytical methodologies
• Experience in quantitative bioanalysis of synthetic compounds and peptides
