Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist III to join their Immunology & Respiratory Department's Discovery Sciences Team in Ridgefield, CT.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and execute assays to modulate lymphocytes
• Design and execute in vitro assays for target validation, compound profiling, and hit validations
• Maintain accurate records and present data at project team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in a related scientific discipline
• Experience with in vitro assays for lymphocyte functions and modulations is desired
• Familiarity with gene knockdown and CRISPR techniques is a plus
• Experience in immune phenotyping and functional assays
• Proficiency in analyzing data using biological and statistical software
