Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scripting & Automations Lead to join their Integrations & Implementations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Automation & Integration Specialists, promoting best practices and collaboration
• Design, develop, and maintain automations using Python and Javascript, while overseeing reporting infrastructure and data processes
• Integrate third-party tools and manage APIs to enhance system functionality, providing technical support for automated processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python scripting, SQL data manipulation/reporting, and CI/CD pipeline management
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with AI concepts for practical automation use cases
• Operational proficiency in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• Solid understanding of Google Sheets/Excel and Google App Scripts
