Job Summary

Creative and adaptable, the part-time Scriptwriter for Animated Content will develop engaging, character-driven comedy scripts for a family-friendly sitcom-style format while working remotely and collaborating closely with the creative team to deliver original content.

Key responsibilities

• Write scripts within a defined format and established story world (lore)
• Develop original, character-driven sitcom-style stories with strong visual and situational comedy
• Collaborate with producers and creative leads, incorporating feedback and revisions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in scriptwriting for comedy, sitcom, or digital series
• Strong understanding of storytelling structure and comedic timing
• Familiarity with digital-first content such as YouTube and TikTok
• Good knowledge of internet culture, memes, and current trends
