Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Engineer IV to support Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

Support 2 Agile teams by facilitating ceremonies and maintaining team cadence
Remove impediments and assist with release planning and deployment strategy
Monitor and maintain sprint backlog, providing reporting on team metrics

Required Qualifications

CSM, PMP, or ACP certification
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
6+ years of experience in a project management role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
Experience in a fast-paced service delivery environment
