Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master who serves as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to guide teams in using Scrum for value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower teams to be self-organizing and cross-functional
• Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Proficiency in backlog management and user story refinement
• Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
