Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to manage and organize scrum activities across multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes Agile principles and practices within the organization
• Facilitates all Scrum ceremonies and supports Scrum Teams in delivering high-quality products
• Identifies and resolves impediments and risks impacting deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of project management experience on an Agile Team
• 1+ years of experience working in an Agile framework or method
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels
• Good interpersonal skills and superior organizational skills
