Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Scrum Master will lead Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach stakeholders on Agile principles to enhance team effectiveness and delivery maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery, ensuring alignment to program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within teams
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status with the ability to obtain a federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience supporting Agile software development projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and drive team outcomes effectively
