Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for a fully remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate work of a Scrum Team, coaching and guiding them through the Scrum framework to deliver high value outcomes
Support team's efforts to create high value product, remove impediments, and promote continuous communication between stakeholders and product end users
Manage external interference to secure team effectiveness and share accountability for project success with the team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
5+ years of Scrum Master and Agile experience
Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Backlogs, Dashboards, and associated capabilities
Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
