Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master for a fully remote position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate work of a Scrum Team, coaching and guiding them through the Scrum framework to deliver high value outcomes
- Support team's efforts to create high value product, remove impediments, and promote continuous communication between stakeholders and product end users
- Manage external interference to secure team effectiveness and share accountability for project success with the team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
- 5+ years of Scrum Master and Agile experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Backlogs, Dashboards, and associated capabilities
- Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
