Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support a large project for the IRS.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach the development team on Scrum principles and help them focus on sprint goals for optimal performance
Apply functional knowledge to develop solutions for moderate scope and complexity problems
Work independently or guide junior employees in activities

Required Qualifications:

2-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or leading Agile teams
Experience with Information Technology and projects using the Scaled Agile Framework
Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
Experience working directly with government clients
Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
