Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master in Remote, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with product and business owners to prioritize roadmaps, release plans, backlogs and sprints
Lead all scrum ceremonies for the team including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc
Coach team members in agile practices and support estimating techniques

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of project management experience with Agile methodologies
Interest/experience in Agile Coaching
Knowledge of software development processes, service-oriented environments, and Agile practices
Experience in Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, etc
Experience with schedule tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for critical path analysis and resource planning
