Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead agile development teams in fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on agile best practices
Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach
Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum
Experience with agile tools and frameworks like Jira, Confluence, and Kanban preferred
