Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and coach a scrum team in agile concepts
Facilitate a technical team's delivery of a modernized IT system
Coordinate with project manager, technical leads, and UX specialists to maximize team output

Required Qualifications:

Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability
Experience leading the development of a complex, modernized IT system as a scrum master
Expertise in Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles
Experience creating requirement documents and developing Test Plans
Experience working with distributed software development products and teams
