Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide superior customer service
Coordinate sprints, meetings, and daily stand-ups, and coach team members in Agile methodologies
Resolve conflicts, guide teams to higher scrum maturity, and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications:

Four-year college degree or minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience
Experience in Agile methodology and working in a Scrum environment
Professional PBM and/or Pharmacy industry work experience preferred
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, and healthcare industry practices
Agile or Scrum Master training desirable
