Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support their Digital/Automation team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for the Digital/Automation team
• Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum methodology
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in digital or product development teams
• Experience in automation projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and successful Agile transformations
• Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
