Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, ensuring productivity and removing impediments
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective delivery of work that meets the Definition of Done
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI-ACP)
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in team empowerment and self-organization
