Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and support a project team in delivering public-facing websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the team applies agile principles and follows agreed-upon processes
• Facilitate day-to-day work progression and scrum ceremonies, including user story creation and tracking in Jira
• Clear obstacles and protect the team from outside interruptions to maximize delivery effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodology and SAFe framework
• Experience with Drupal 10 and large public-facing Federal sites
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with federal government agencies
• Understanding of user-centered design techniques
