Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Site Lead to manage an Agile team in maintaining DoD Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation efforts and coach teams to deliver secure, high-quality products
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration across the program
• Serve as on-site management, interfacing with government customers and ensuring project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in managing large-scale cloud initiatives in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, and knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance
