Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and coach Agile teams in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach the implementation of Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure communication and alignment within the team
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and support the resolution of impediments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
Familiarity with Agile tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM) or equivalent is a plus
