Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master (Agile Delivery Lead) to lead Agile delivery and drive high-priority projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum events including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize work for the delivery team
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Certified Agile Practitioner (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
