Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master IV to serve as a leader and coach for an agile delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scrum process and coach the team on Agile practices
• Manage inter-dependencies between agile teams and facilitate all team meetings
• Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery and improve team productivity

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with development teams
• 1-3 years of experience in Infrastructure and/or Security preferred
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team-building events
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related reporting tools
