Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to drive and implement agile delivery within its Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion agile development principles and provide ongoing coaching to Product and Engineering teams
• Manage project scope, requirements, timeline, cost, quality, and team allocation for development initiatives
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and maintain a structured, prioritized backlog while collaborating with Product Management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience in fostering adherence to Agile practices in Product and Engineering teams
• Passion for defining and building agile processes and frameworks
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
