Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
• Experience working with product teams and stakeholders to deliver value
• Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
• Experience with data and metrics to identify areas for team improvement
