Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management guidance and direction to scrum teams for task execution
• Manage project resources and timelines, monitoring progress against established schedules
• Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring their needs are met and managing project risks

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs
• 5 years of experience leading programs using LeSS or SAFe
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master with proven leadership in executing project tasks
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• SAFe certification is required; PMP and CSM certifications are preferred
