Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in a full-time, remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote effective team collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work for high-value outcomes
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to enhance performance and adoption of Agile principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Introductory Scrum Master certification required; advanced certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams in a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Lean)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
