Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master I to lead agile development teams and facilitate project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Track team velocity and sprint progress while maintaining process documentation
• Support backlog maintenance and assist with prioritization and resolution of defects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development practices
• Ability to understand basic technical issues
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Jira and familiarity with collaboration tools is preferred
