Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation and practices, promoting accountability and transparency
Facilitate sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives for multiple teams
Track team velocity and communicate progress on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the Scrum Master role
Proficiency in Agile tools, specifically VersionOne
Basic understanding of coding concepts and database management (SQL)
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and CI/CD practices
