Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Advisor responsible for leading Agile transformation and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams in Agile practices, ensuring accountability and transparency
Facilitate sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives while tracking team velocity and progress
Provide status reporting on key performance indicators, schedules, resources, and milestones

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience
Experience with the Scaled (SAFe) Agile framework in a Scrum Master role
Proficiency in Agile tools, specifically VersionOne
Basic understanding of coding concepts and database management (SQL)
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and CI/CD practices
