Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist - Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile development for software products and services
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on planning, road mapping, and backlog management
• Coach the team on Scrum processes and ensure adherence to agile principles

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 36 months of experience in a related occupation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Rally
• Knowledge of agile engineering practices including test automation and TDD
• Experience in cross-functional coordination with various stakeholders
