Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a development team divided into two scrum teams, fostering accountability and high performance
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain delivery metrics to ensure team alignment and process improvement
• Identify and address delivery bottlenecks while coaching team members in agile principles and servant leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in agile software delivery roles, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
• 2+ years of experience in people management or development team leadership
• Proven track record leading agile delivery for SaaS or B2B product engineering teams
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid agile methods
