Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence across development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure proper story refinement and backlog management
• Manage Jira workflows and ticket governance, ensuring consistent ticket quality and triage of BAU tickets
• Track and report Agile KPIs to stakeholders, maintaining visibility into team performance and identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Expert knowledge of Jira configuration and workflow management
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator
• Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and reporting Agile metrics
