Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, and retrospectives
Assist the Product Owner and Scrum team in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
Monitor sprint progress, remove impediments, and help the team meet Sprint commitments

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment
Proficient in using JIRA or similar project management tools
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and financials
Experience in coaching teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
