Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master with Jira Admin experience to support Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement
Administer and optimize Jira workflows and reporting for the teams

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on Agile teams
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience administering Jira in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
Experience supporting multiple or cross-functional teams
