Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide multiple teams and drive organizational Agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for effective backlog management and delivery alignment
• Drive Agile maturity through coaching, training, and cross-team coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Experience facilitating meetings and understanding of facilitation techniques
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
