Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply agile and waterfall frameworks to deliver business value and facilitate team collaboration
• Plan and facilitate standard meetings, including backlog preparation and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and ensure transparency in the team's progress and challenges

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Scrum Master experience
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or related certification preferred
• SAFe Agile experience recommended
• 3+ years of information technology experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
